Kathryn Scott

Kathryn grew up in Gastonia NC and attended UNC-G. She and her husband Gary have moved 15 times over their 50 years of marriage. They relocated to the Blowing Rock area in 2016 after they both retired. Kathryn comes from a background of interior design and management. They have two sons, one who lives in the area with his wife who introduced Kathryn to Blowing Rock Cares. Kathryn joined the board of Blowing Rock Cares Food Pantry in 2020. She is also on the Worship and Wedding Committees at Rumple Memorial Presbyterian Church.
